Our service team is always on high alert mode to offer round-the-clock service in case of break down, field engineers are provided with telephone/mobile support, in emergency situations the service engineers fix the toughest problems at the site immediately.
We also maintain an enormous inventory of parts and components. Hence our turnaround time for break fix is minimal;even the most complex problem would be addressed on a fast-track mode.

Recently we installed at our home, the design and styling suited our residential ambiance without compromising on comfort and motion of the elevator in fact the design team at Ascent came and sat with our entire family understood our requirement and gave us out of the box ideas which enhanced the look and feel , add compliment to our interiors.

Pictures speak louder than words. When we had a beautiful picture of an elevator in our mind we express this in word form to the design and engineering team at Ascent. They elevated our thoughts and brought at this picture alive. The result was a beautiful looking circular glass elevator where one could enjoy beautiful drive up and down around our home. This elevator in fact coiled beautifully with stairs creating a master peace which blended with our ambitious and interior.
